The Department of Transport and Main Roads will start work on Beechmont Road near the intersection of Bottletree Lane on Monday, 2 December 2019.
Work will be undertaken below the road prior to the intersection of Bottletree Lane and will include improving drainage and slope protection works. Stop/slow traffic control with short delays will be in place during working hours (6am to 6pm).
The work to remove boulders above the road between Bottletree Lane and Brushbox Road with temporary road closures will be rescheduled in the new year.
Weather, site conditions and contractor availability may impact the proposed work schedule.
