| Finishing works are continuing on the landslip repairs along Gold Coast–Springbrook Road and Pine Creek Road.
GCSR – Neranwood works At the landslip site near Monaro Road, temporary traffic signals will be installed on Monday 10 December for up to one week. Traffic management is required as the treatment method for the landslip requires a large excavator to be used on the road’s edge. GCSR – 10km closed section Springbrook Road is finally reopened. Pine Creek Road Installation of soil nails at the road’s largest landslip site at the hairpin bend continues with completion expected in early 2019. Further information will be provided. Georgiou’s landslip repair works are occurring Monday to Saturday from 6am to 6pm. Thank you for your patience while we complete these important repair works. Speed reductions will be in place. Please drive with care and watch out for roadwork signage. Weather, site and contractor conditions can impact works, delaying start and finish schedules.
