The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) will soon commence road improvement works on Advancetown-Mudgeeraba Road (Worongary Road) on a 1.89km section between Nerang-Murwillumbah Road and Latimers Crossing bridge, Advancetown.
Works will commence 25 January 2021 and are expected to be completed by April 2021 (subject to change due to wet weather and contractor availability). Works are to be undertaken Monday to Friday, between the hours of 6am to 6pm.
Please find attached the project flyer which will be distributed to the local stakeholders seven days prior to work commencement.
These resurfacing works are part of the Road Asset Management Contract (RAMC) which provides maintenance on the state-controlled road network in the local council areas of the City of Gold Coast, Logan City and Scenic Rim Regional Council.
