From Monday 30 June 2014 there will be stop/go traffic conditions on Advancetown-Mudgeeraba Road (Worongary Road) at the Worongary Creek Floodway between 9am and 3pm.
From Monday 7 July 2014, stop/go traffic conditions will be in place 24 hours a day.
Changed traffic conditions will be in place until late 2014, while a new structure across the floodway is constructed.
Motorists are advised to plan ahead, allow extra travel time and obey road work signage and speed restrictions.
