Labor’s crisis-ridden Child Safety Department is in serious trouble as 58 per cent of staff say they intend to walk within the next 12 months.
Forty-nine per cent of staff think child safety is poorly managed and more than 40 per cent of staff are not confident in raising complaints.
Even the staff think the Minister is doing a bad job.
The release of the Working for Queensland survey comes only days after more damning child safety data was released.
Not only are our children being let down-even the staff are feeling let down under this incompetent Minister.
