MORE than 100 locals have registered to attend the State Opposition’s next Queensland Health Crisis Town Hall in Gympie tomorrow.

Leader of the Opposition David Crisafulli, Shadow Health Minister Ros Bates and Gympie MP Tony Perrett will meet with locals to hear their stories and experiences about local healthcare.

Ms Bates said it’s an important opportunity for locals to speak with us, so we can take their stories to the floor of Parliament House.

“The LNP has held these town hall events from Cairns to Mt Isa and the Gold Coast,” Ms Bates said.

“We’ve had some wins along the way, including locals finally getting a crucial specialist appointment, or even surgery after years of delays.

“David Crisafulli, Tony Perrett and myself look forward to meeting with locals tomorrow, so we can work together for better regional healthcare.

“All Queenslanders deserve a world class health system no matter where they live.”
